ORDER POLICIES
We kindly request that all orders be faxed, e-mailed or called-in 48 hours prior to requested delivery time, when possible. Orders with less notice may be subject to menu substitution. Minimum 8 guests required; minimum food order 100.00 weekday, 250.00-500.00 wknd.
Orders must be confirmed received by a BRC representative by an email or phone call.
DELIVERY FEES
Our standard delivery fee is $25.00 within the downtown core, unless prior arrangements have been made with BRC Representative. Orders outside the core are subject to distance adjustment.
CANCELLATION POLICY (Hours = Business Hours 8:30 am-4:30 pm)
(1) Orders cancelled with 24 hours notice or more will result in NO cancellation charge.
(2) Orders cancelled within 12 – 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation charge.
(3) Orders cancelled with less than 12 hour notice will be charged in full.
